How to set MIR4 event alarms and save events to your calendar

MIR4 schedules follow your server region, but reminders need to arrive according to your clock. RaidHours converts events to your timezone and gives you two ways to keep track: a browser alarm for a specific spawn or a calendar file for the events in your current view.
This guide walks through both options. You do not need an account; preferences are saved in this browser.
1. Confirm your server region and timezone
Open the MIR4 event tracker and check the region where you play: NA, EU, SA, ASIA, INDIA or MENA. RaidHours detects your device timezone, but you can change it in Settings if your browser is set to a different location than the one you want to use for reminders.
This prevents the most common mistake: reading server time as local time. The same spawn can fall on a different calendar day for players far from the server region. Check both clocks before setting alarms.
2. Set an alarm for the event you care about
In the World Events list, find an event or boss and select the bell icon on its row. The bell cycles through the available reminder options; when an alarm is active, the button shows how many minutes before the spawn it will fire. Select it again to change the lead time or turn it off.
The first time you set an alarm, your browser may ask for notification permission. Allow it to receive system notifications, and make sure RaidHours notifications are not blocked by your device. Alarms and favorites are stored in this browser.
The Mirage Ship section also supports local reminders for known fixed spawns. Grant notification permission from World Events first; Mirage Ship reminders require RaidHours to remain open.
3. Get alerts after closing the tab
For World Events alarms, RaidHours can register upcoming alerts with Web Push. If your browser and operating system support background push and the service is available, they can arrive while the tab is closed. The app syncs a rolling window of upcoming events and recalculates it when you change region, timezone or alarms. Mirage Ship reminders run while the app is open.
Delivery depends on browser permission, connectivity, and your device's battery and notification policies. If an alert does not arrive, open RaidHours while online, confirm the alarm is still active, and check permissions in both the browser and operating system. Treat the in-game schedule as the final source of truth.
4. Export events to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or another app
In the World Events controls, choose the view you want to save —today or seven days— and select Export ICS. RaidHours downloads raidhours.ics, a standard calendar file you can open or import into your preferred calendar app.
The file uses the timezone configured in the tracker and contains a snapshot of the events calculated at export time. It is not a live subscription. If you change region or the game schedule changes after maintenance, export a fresh calendar to replace the old copy.

Can RaidHours notify me when the tab is closed?
World Events alarms can use Web Push if you granted permission and your browser, device and the service support background delivery. Mirage Ship reminders require the app to stay open.
Does the ICS file update when the schedule changes?
No. It is a one-time export of the events calculated in the selected view. Download a new ICS if your region, timezone or the game schedule changes.
Why does an event fall on a different day for me?
MIR4 uses the time of your server region. RaidHours converts it to your device timezone, so a late-night server event can happen in the early morning or on the next calendar day for you.
Do I need an account to save alarms?
No account is required. Preferences and alarms stay in the browser you use. If you clear its data or switch devices, set them up again.
